About AT & T Benefits Center and enrolment procedure :
Not anymore! AT & T Benefits Center has been designed to provide a transparent and inclusive platform for the employees to place the request for their benefits on their own. Features like checking and downloading the pay stubs, accessing benefits and pension resources, making requests for the time offs, and paid leaves have been virtually possible from anywhere across any device with a stable internet connection. Employees need to register with the AT & T Benefits Center with their personal credentials as well as the employment credentials they have received at the time of induction (Employee ID and more). Registration is simple:
- Open your browser and visit digital.alight.com/att
- Click on the New User link.
- Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- Mention your Date of Birth (mm-dd-yyyy)
- Tap on Continue.
- Please follow the instruction to enter your employment information.
- You need to create User ID and Password as AT & T Benefits Center credentials. User ID must be unique and secure enough to strengthen the security of your account. The password must be a combination of at least one lower case, upper case character, special character, and numerical.
- Lastly, you need to set up security questions. Choose any three security questions from the dropdown list and set answers for them accordingly.
- Complete all the steps to finish the account set up.
Creating a User ID (for older accounts) :
Earlier, employees were able to login to their AT & T Benefits Center account using just their SSN and password. Now, as you have checked in the previous steps, creating a User ID is a must. If you had created your account from the earlier days, you must set up a User ID. Else you will no longer be able to access to your account:
- Open your browser and visit digital.alight.com/att
- Click on Create Your User ID link.
- Please enter your Social Security Number(just the last four digits)
- Type in your Birth Date(mm-dd-yyyy)
- Tap on Continue.
- The system will auto-populate your account details and you will be prompted to create a User ID(discussed above )
Accessing AT & T Benefits Center Account :
After setting up the account credentials, you can now login to your account anytime:
- Please log on to digital.alight.com/att
- Type in the account User ID.
- Enter the account password.
- Click on Log On option.

Resetting User ID/Password :
For users who have forgotten account credentials (either Password or User ID or both) are requested not to attempt with misspelled credentials. The recovery process is as easy as enrolment. Please follow the steps:
- Visit digital.alight.com/att
- Click on Forgot User ID or Password link.
- Type in the last four digits of SSN as well as Date of Birth (mm-dd-yyyy).
- Click on the Continue tab.
- The system will search for the account details based n the info entered. After that, choose the credentials which you wish to recover.
- Answer the security questions you had set during the enrolment correctly.
- Go through the prompts to reset the account credentials.
- After resetting, please go back to the login page and access the account to confirm the changes.
